We offer a full range of services, covering all aspects of residential design and renovations, including refurbishments, extensions, and loft and basement conversions, all expertly managed by our team.

We turn your ideas into reality using a transparent, hassle-free process that keeps stress at bay.

Our combined design and build approach means we’re there every step of the way. The entire process is managed by us and mapped out from start to finish, with clear milestones, delivery dates, and a payment schedule all included. And because we’re all on the same page from day one, you avoid the confusion, frustration, and disappointment that accompany so many home renovation projects.

Visualising your project

Whether you’re in need of our design service or already have your architectural drawings, the first step is for one of our surveyors to visit your home and talk through your ideas. They’ll help you visualise the space you want and advise you on what will work best for your home and budget. We’ll also put you in touch with some of our clients so you can see our work up close and hear about their experience.

Receiving your quote

After our initial visit, we’ll send you a detailed quotation outlining everything that’s included so you can decide whether to go ahead with Kantec. Then, if you’re using our design service, the design team will visit your home, take measurements and create your architectural drawings. We’ll also take care of the planning application to your local authority. Click here to find out how we can help you design your project.

If you’ve already completed these steps, we’ll move straight on to planning your build. We’ll also introduce you to our fantastic range of partner suppliers, so you can start choosing the fun stuff for your renovation.

Planning your build

Great planning goes a long way in producing great results. Once your local authority has approved the planning application, we’ll help you complete any other important processes, such as party wall approvals and heat loss calculations, prior to the build getting underway. Then your project coordinator and site manager will produce a detailed project plan mapping out the whole journey from start date to completion, with all the associated costs and payment dates included. That way you can see where we are, where we’re headed and what it’s going to take to get there.

Renovating your home

The building stage of any project is the most stressful – it’s where great project management can make all the difference. Your project coordinator will visit the site regularly to meet with the site manager and check we’re delivering on our weekly targets. They will also meet with you on a weekly basis to update you on progress, address any concerns you have, and ensure all the key decisions are made on time to meet the build deadline.

Living your way

After we’ve packed away our tools, we’ll talk you through the space and all the finishing touches, handing over any documentation you may need to make the most of your renovated home. This is a great time to ask about how to maintain and take care of everything we’ve installed. Then, once you’ve had some time to enjoy the renovation, we’ll arrange a final meeting where we can address any issues that have arisen since we left. After that, your Kantec journey will be complete.
